After an unfortunate event at one of my rental properties, I called SERVPRO of South Orange County for a crime scene clean up. Tony showed up shortly after I called and explained the process to me and also advise I call my insurance company to check coverage. Believe it or not this was covered under my insurance, which saved me a ton of money. Shortly after the clean up crew arrived and ready to work, everyone on site was professional and most importantly empathetic towards the family during their troubled time.
