Upon arrival the trained and certified water damage professional will review all applicable forms with you in order to begin work.
The first step in restoring your home after water damage if to idenitify the source. We will check all surrounding areas of where the onset on the water damage begun and make sure the source has been stopped in order to successfully dry out the building.
We will identify the type of water to ensure your property is restored based on IICRC S500 guidelines. There are three classes of water Clean, Gray, and Black.
Once the source had been determind and the class of water is identified. We will sruvey the extent of damage and inspect the premises for any safety hazards. If you are aware of any issues please bring them to our attention before arrival.
Once we review our plan of action with you, work will begin immediately! Furniture will be moved or blocked to prevent further damage to your content. Any standing water will be extracted. Any material that can not be restored will be removed and properly disposed of.
Drying equipment which removes moisture and brings the humidity level back to normal will be set up in your home. Typically it takes 3-5 days for a complete dry out. We will come back each day to monitor your building to ensure drying is at maximum potential.
