Water Damage to Condo

Unexpected water damage to condo as the result of a broken pipe from the unit above. Owner was smart and jumped into action right away by calling SERVPRO of South Orange County. The water was thru out the entire condo. The customer was concerned about upcoming reserved rentals for the unit. SERVPRO of South Orange County had the unit dried and all repairs made within 3 weeks "Like it never even happened." The customer was very happy and loss of income from unit was minimal. We go above and beyond to meet all of our customers needs, that's how we make a customer for life!
